My oldest LOVES Build-A-Bear. She has more bears from there than she knows what to do with. We were not able to try out this game, but I know that my daughter would love it and it may just make it under the Christmas tree this year for her.

What a fun idea for a game! So far, we've managed to keep Abby far away from Build-a-Bear. I know she'd love to make one, but she's just not that into stuffed animals. My favorite was a Muncheechee (sp?). The ugly little monkey with the thumbs you can stick in his mouth. I also had a Raggedy Ann and Andy set that were made by my great-grandmother.

I had a bear that I was given to when I was 3 years old. When I was 10 I gave it to my younger brother. He passed it to our younger sister. Last year I received that SAME bear back! It is over 30 years old. It now sits by my table next to my bed. I will probably give it to my first born grandchild.

I don't remember any favorite stuffed animal that I had as a kid, but I have photos of myself when I was 2 yrs. old with two stuffed bears that were larger than me that my mother says I had to sleep with every night.
Rex, my teddy was and still is my favorite. Every once in awhile I will pull him out of the closet. He brings back such good memories.
I did have a favorite stuffed animal it was a dog with floppy ears that had bells in them. When I would get scared my mom told me I could ring the bell and my guardian angel would come. I miss that little guy.

I said, "I am old! Believe it or not, my favorite stuffed toy was a character from the comic strip "Lil Abner", called a Shmoo (sp??). It was white and looked like a bowling pin with a face. My Mom sent away for it and when it came in the mail, the WHOLE WORLD knew about it. I LOVED that thing!"
